William Dwight "Buddy" McCollum, Jr. was born to the late William Dwight McCollum, Sr. and Eular Cowan Crawford. He was born September 8, 1991 in Greensboro, NC.  Tuesday, May 15, 2018 our Savior called William home.  He was a happy  young man, with a smile that will truly be missed.  This was God's plan, He needed his angel back in His kingdom to serve another purpose.

Buddy was a happy person,  he lit up the room with his smile.  He often played the big brother role even though he was the baby of the household. He always tried to make people around him laugh,  he was a very happy person.  Buddy touched the hearts of everyone he came across,  he was an excellent son,  brother and uncle.

William is survived by his mother, Eular Cowan Crawford; five sisters, Paula McCollum, Nancy McCollum, Catarshia Holder, Shantel Crawford, and Kennita McCollum; six brothers, William Dwight McCollum, III, David McCollum, Carl Crawford, Jr., Isaiah Crawford, Tyshono Holder, and Jonathan Brooks; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
