Virginia Carolyn Waugh Brown, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025.
A public viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at the Goldie Hargett Memorial Chapel, 905 E. Market Street, Greensboro from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.
A homegoing celebration will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Poplar Grove AME Church, 5504 Summit Avenue, Greensboro; visitation with the family begins at 1:00 pm followed by the service at 1:30 pm. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park. Livestreaming of the service is available.
