Thomas Earl McLaughlin was born July 11 ^th , 1968, in Greensboro N. C. to Thomas Earl Troxler and the late Shirley Mills McLaughlin. On Tuesday, August 30 ^th, 2022, he was called to eternal rest in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Thomas went to school in the Guilford County School System and worked many years with the New Home Builder Supply Company.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Mills McLaughlin, and grandparents, Howard and Viola Mills.

Left to cherish his memories are his father, Thomas Earl Troxler of Greensboro; daughters, Brittney Beck and Kovondia McLaughlin both of Greensboro; four brothers, Todd McLaughlin, Roderick McLaughlin, Rodney McLaughlin, and Steven Troxler, Sr. (Yvette) all of Greensboro; one sister, Cheria Troxler-Singleton (Charles) of Greensboro, 6 grandchildren, and a host of cousins, relatives, and friends.

A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 in the Goldie Hargett Memorial Chapel, 905 E. Market Street, Greensboro from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

A homegoing celebration will be held on Thursday, September 8 in the Goldie Hargett Memorial Chapel, visitation with the family begins at 11:30 am followed by the service at 12:00 pm.  Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
