Theresa Mae Slade, 70, passed away March 13, 2019 at Beacon Place.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 2901 Bertha Wilson Road, Providence, NC 27315. Visitation with the family will begin at 12:30 p.m., followed by the service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Hargett Funeral Service is assisting the family.
