Obituary
GREENSBORO - Sydney Diondra Jacobs, infant daughter of LaTonya and James Jacobs, Jr., was born June 11, 2011 and went home to be with the Lord October 15, 2011.
She is survived by her big sister, Nia D. Jacobs, Greensboro, NC; maternal grandparents, Callie and Marilyn Ellison, Hamlet, NC; paternal grandparents, Hilda Jacobs of Castle Hayne, NC and Chrys and James Jacobs, Sr., Fayetteville, NC.
Funeral service will be Friday, October 21, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Love and Faith Christian Fellowship, 4344 Blackberry Road, Greensboro, with visitation at 10:30 a.m.
Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Sydney to the Ronald McDonald House, 419 S. Hawthorne Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
