Obituary
Ruth Horton Tarpley, 86, died Saturday, October 8, 2016. A homegoing celebration will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at East White Oak Baptist Church, 1815 Water Street, Greensboro. Visitation with the family begins at 11:30 am followed by the service at 12:00 pm.
