Robert Stanley Jones was born August 3, 1955 in Chester, PA to the late Paul and Edna Jones.

Robert, also known as "Stan the Man" was retired from being a master painter.  He was a very friendly person; he never met a stranger in his life.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two older brothers, Norman Jones and Allen Jones.

He leaves to cherish loving memories to his son, Robert Blair; daughter, Sundie Cae "Ron" (Jarrell); grandchildren, KaeSha, Naja, Remondre, Victory, and Sandra; brothers, Albert Jones and Grady Jones, III; sisters, Roberta Jones, Debra Jones, and Gloryetta Jones; niece whom he called his little sister,  Rosetta Jones-Huggins (Derrick; nieces, Shanna, and Tanika; nephews, Antonie Grady, V; "Monie Boo", Samone Davis (Kevin); Chevelle; best friends, Gregory Lee Hawkins and Jeanette Phelps; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, relatives, and friends.

Public viewing of Mr. Jones is 12 noon to 5:00 pm Thursday the 30th.  Visitation with the family is in The Goldie Hargett Memorial Chapel 905 East Market Street  Greensboro, NC 10:00 am Friday October 01, 2021 followed by the funeral service at 10:30 am. *Only 75 people may attend the funeral. The burial will take place in Piedmont Memorial Park  2602 McConnell Road Greensboro, NC
