GREENSBORO - Mrs. Miranda Stephens Smith, 87, died January 12, 2013 surrounded by her family.
Funeral service is Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Locust Grove Baptist Church, 4707 NC 150, Browns Summit, NC 27214. Family visitation begins at 12:00 PM with the service at 1:00 PM.
Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park.
She leaves to cherish her memories, a daughter, Beverly Smith Evans (William) of Durham, NC; two grandchildren, Paul F. Evans of Greensboro, NC and Mira A. Williams (Eric) of Decatur, GA; five great-grand sons; three great-grand daughters; three sisters, Charlotte Womack, Harriet Patterson, both of Greensboro, NC, and Sallye Sims (Johnny) of Jersey City, NJ; two brothers, George Stephens (Angela) of Detroit, MI and Robert Stephens (Mazie) of Greensboro, NC. She also leaves to mourn, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Locust Grove Baptist Church in Miranda's memory.
