Lavern McCray, 71, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

A public viewing will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Hargett Funeral Service, Inc., 905 E. Market Street, Greensboro from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

A homegoing celebration will be held on Friday, April 5 at Godly Love Baptist Church, 1423 Corregidor Street, Greensboro; visitation with the family begins at 11:30 am followed by the service at 12:00 pm.  Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Park.
