Kenneth Wayne Roberts, Sr., 57, passed away on October 27, 2015, at High Point Regional Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, November 3, at Shiloh Baptist Church, 1210 South Eugene Street in Greensboro. Viewing will be held from 1:30 to 2 pm followed by the service at 2 pm. In addition, viewing for family and friends will be held from 12 to 6 pm on Monday, November 2 at Hargett Funeral Service at 905 E. Market St. in Greensboro. The family will be present at Hargett for visitation from 6 to 7:30 pm.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents, the late J.D. and Mrs. Estella Sutton Roberts and son, Kenneth Wayne Roberts, Jr.
He is survived by his wonderful wife of 33 years, Diane Houston Roberts; daughter, Tiffany Roberts Adams and her husband Dexter of Greensboro; daughter, Hunter Roberts of Jamestown; son, Jason Roberts of Manchester, CT; godson, James Woodruff of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Corinne Adams and Destiny Randleman; and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
