Obituary
GREENSBORO — Haywood Wesley Tapp went to his Heavenly home on Friday, October 8, 2010. He was born May 13, 1923 to the late John Henry and Lillian Villines Tapp, in Person County, NC.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at 1 p.m. at New Light Missionary Baptist Church. Family visitation will begin at 12 p.m. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park.
Survivors include: wife, Lillie Mae S. Tapp; son, Vernon Tapp (Patricia), Greensboro; daughters, Christine Tapp Feimster (Harold), Greensboro, Merlene Tapp Smith (John), Kernersville, Saundra Tapp Booker, Rock Hill, SC; sister, Olga Tapp Love, Burlington; brothers, John Henry, Burlington, Oddie Tapp, Mebane; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
