George Anthony Harris was born February 16th, 1958, in Greensboro North Carolina to the late George and Ruth Harris. He departed life December 1st, 2021.

George attended school in the Guilford County School System.  He was saved and attended Faith Hope and Charity in Greensboro, NC.

He enjoyed reading, photography, drawing, cooking, and travelling.  He was the caretaker of several disabled.  He was the rock of the family.

He leaves to cherish precious memories to his siblings, Gloria Williams, Ruby Jean Fletcher, Robert Wilson, Juanita Lynn, Timothy Harris, Veronica Harris, Robin Holland, and Sherry Harris; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 in the Goldie Hargett Memorial Chapel, 905 E. Market Street, Greensboro at 12:00 pm.
