Mrs. Fannie Amelia Ratliff Feaster passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2025.

Fannie was born April 1, 1948, in Morven, North Carolina to the late Walter Alexander Ratliff, Sr. and Corine Streater Ratliff.

Fannie was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband, William Arthur Feaster; one sister, Lois Lee Ratliff; one brother, Walter A. Ratliff, Jr and her parents Walter and Corine.

She was a member of St. James Presbyterian Church and a passionate art teacher who taught in North Carolina for her entire career. She enjoyed arts and crafts, gardening, and spending time with her family…especially her grandchildren.

Fannie is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Natalyn Feaster Dixon (Sterling); two grandchildren, Sterling William Dixon and Elizabeth Corrinne Dixon; two sisters, Myrtle Ratliff Denny and Sandra Ratliff McInnis; two nieces, Chewan Watson and Jasmine McInnis, and one nephew, Shaun A. Denny Sr., and a host of family and friends.

She will have a graveside service on Saturday March 22, 2025 at Bryant Memorial Park Moncure NC 27559. The service will start at 11:00 AM at the cemetery.
