Obituary
Barbara Bullard-Rankin, 72, passed away July 26, 2018 at Beacon Place. Funeral services will be held Saturday August 4, 2018 at Goldie Hargett Memorial Chapel, 905 East Market Street. The family visitation will begin at 3:30 p.m., followed by the service at 4:00 p.m. Hargett Funeral Service is assisting the family.
