Reverend Alfred Leon Booker, Sr., 87, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2023.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, August 18 in Hargett Funeral Service, Inc., 905 E. Market Street, Greensboro from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.

A homegoing celebration will be held on Saturday, August 19 in Ebenezer Baptist Church, 2700 W. Vandalia Road, Greensboro; visitation with the family begins at 10:00 am followed by the service at 11:00 am. Live-streaming of the service is available.

Interment will follow on Monday, August 21 in Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury at 1:00 pm.
